The stench of blood surrounded the air. The sound of the whip cut through the air as each lash ripped into his already scarred skin. With each lash the person suppressed his howls that tried escaping from his mouth. They tortured him but he wasn't going to give in to his tormentors. He took each lash as it came even though the pain coursed through his body, even though every muscle in his body was screaming in pain, even though the pain was making his head spin. even though the blood was dripping on the floor.But they couldn't break him.
