"Miss? Miss!" she slowed down. "Miss, I think you forgot this?" She turns around and I was stunned with how simply gorgeous she was. I held out her journal, waiting for her to take it from me. She looked down at it and them up at me. "Oh, I must have forgot to grab it. Thank you so much!" she gave a small genuine smile. Her voice was so gentle. It's one you'd never forget. I watched her closely as she pulls a strand of hair being blown around and brushes it behind her ear in a shy manner. "Oh, umm, I'm Namjoon." I stuck my hand out for her to shake frantically. I felt kind of nervous. She put her hand out, grabbing mine lightly. "Lyla. My names Lyla." I couldn't help but just look into her eyes. They were so blue. They looked like the Caribbean Sea.
I didn't even realize our hands were still connected. Once I noticed, I gently but quickly pulled away. I felt my face start to blush. I felt embarrassed. I wasn't really sure what to say next. She just kept looking into my eyes. I felt it. I didn't want to walk away, but my brain reminded me that I had lyrics to write. I slightly shook my head and let out a chuckle. "Well, I-I better get going. I-It was really nice meeting you, Lyla." She bowed slightly but brought her gaze back into my eyes. I felt myself blushing again. "You too, Namjoon."
