Pureblood Kuran Akane, a girl living in a deserted city staying away from all civilization. To prevent herself from killing another innocent life, she stays in the small city drinking only the blood of level E's that happened to find her. 

That is how she lived for most of her live, ever since she was a child. But a few years her cousin came to help her out.
