She walks around the halls. Trying to be unseen. But her eyes speak it all. She hides behind lockers, and walls too. She watches your every move in a blink of an eye. You spot her beauty, but she is already gone. But one thing you realized is, she, is a GEEK.
Geeks. They are the lower-class of the pyramid. Though they are smart, no one likes them. And that is how Emma feels. She knows she is a geek. Everyone does. Even though she is ABSOLUTELY beautiful, she is still known as a geek. And her glasses mark that. Though, some people are very curious about her. As she is very mysterious and surreptitious, no one knows who she REALLY is. A mask of a gorgeous geek? Or a girl that might be hiding a secret? No one knows. Few REALLY even know her. She usually is hiding, spying on a popular, HOT, Quarterback named Bradon. Everyone adores him. Amazing and a star, everyone wants him. Every girl is on their knees, begging for him. But he is dating someone already. A popular jerk named Jenna.
Emma waits and watches Bradon every day. Though when someone actually gets a chance to spot her, they tease Emma. And only one thing happens in this situation. Tears. Will Emma change into something more bigger than a hot wimp? Will she actually get out of her shell? Will she show her inner self? Will she have the guts to talk to Bradon?
No one knows. She is just a surreptitious geek.

I have always been the invisible one. No one knows I am there. I try to fit in with everyone, but the students end up ignoring me. When I speak, no words escape my mouth. I have always known that there was another part of me, that wants to shine, but is too scared to show her face. It is as if we have been hiding behind the same mask and no one sees us. We put on a different mask to try to be like everyone else, but we're really covering up our true personality. As if I am a nerd, that everyone can just walk all over. However, I am not that type of person. It is as if, the only way you would be able to get attention, is if you become a "bad boy," or you wear clothes that show too much skin. I am not like that; I do not know how to act "bad". I have always been a good girl and I do not know how to dress like that. I mean I do have some type of fashion sense. When I say I'm a good girl I mean that I am one of those good girls who gets what she want most of the time, but doesn't talk to her parents about her social life, or when she gets a new boyfriend. I keep to myself and they keep to themselves. I mean they still talk to me when they think I need something, and they respect my privacy. I just do not know what to do with my life anymore. I have hidden and gotten ignored, from the world a little too long. I bet if I just disappeared right now, that no one would even know I am gone, let alone miss me. This life of invisibility has to stop. * * * * * * Living a life of invisibility isn't always a good thing. Everyone needs a little attention every now-and-then. So why can't Khalia Bright get a break from her schoolmates? She does everything right, doesn't she? Hailey Elizabeth White is the school's nerd. She gets picked on and teased because of how she dresses. She wears baggy jeans, giant sweatshirts that hide her body and old beat up tennis shoes. At school, Hailey is known as the nerd, but once Hailey gets home the baggy clothes get replaced with leather pants, leather jackets, tank tops, and combat boots. Hailey's parents are apart of the F.B.I. So Hailey has spent her whole life training to become an agent to fight crime and save lives. Her two lives have always been completely separate from each other But what happens when her parents give her her first job, and she has to protect a certain someone and their family. Her job? To look after none other than the schools rich, the star quarterback, a playboy who bullies her. Cory Nelson and his family. Cory Nelson has it all. Life couldn't be better for him. His dad was a manager at a big-time business law firm, while his mother was a very successful doctor. His life seems to be amazing. Except there's a crazed stalker after him and his parents and wants to see them all dead. Nobody knows who's after the Nelson family. The only thing they know is that it's a guy. Emma is a high school Senior, she's in love with a jock named jake but he'll never be hers, at least that's what she thinks. To make matters worse, she's his next door neighbour. You might be thinking that's a good thing and it sorta is, she can see him anytime she likes, when he's sleeping, getting dressed and doing homework, he never shuts his curtains. And here's the bad thing, he's the HOTTEST guy at school so heaps of girls come to his bedroom. Emma hates seeing it, she wishes it was her. Emma has never been completely loved, her step mum is mean and her two step sisters, Hanna and Sofie, are mean. Emma never gets what she wants, she's unloved. The corner of his mouth tilts upward slightly. I smile again. A smile!? A tiny one, but still. "Hm. So I got you to smile, that's progress, yeah? Can I get your name now?" I ask, swinging my feel a little. He shakes his head shyly, his mouth not moving at all. Geez! Why do I want to hear this dude talk so much? "Okay, that's fine. I can give you a nickname." I offer happily. He looks up from his book, raising his eyebrows. I just stare for a moment. He has nice eyes. Pretty brown chocolate orbs. They remind me so much of....... "Teddy." He shakes his head immediately, frowning. "What, why not? You remind me of my old teddy bear. He was a good listener and he didn't talk much..... just like you." I say softly, tilting my head. He continues to shake his head. I fold my arms, leaning back in my seat. "Yeah, it's definitely sticking. Teddy.....It has a nice ring to it, yeah?" He sighs, the first sound I have ever heard him make. "No." . . . *Jordan* Teddy!? Seriously!? She gave me a fucking NICKNAME!? What the hell does this girl want!? I turn and glare at him for giving me such a fright but he just stands there staring at me, then his eyes trail from my head down to my toes and only then did I become aware of my barely clad body in my nightie and my cheeks turn pink, my hands immediately fly to my chest to try and cover my poking nipples but it didn't do a good job of hiding them at all. "Breath." He orders. I start to breathe again and just blink at him. "Now go." He orders me again. I flinch involuntarily at his tone and jump back slightly. "Please don't let me walk home alone." I beg in a quiet voice, looking down at my feet. The next thing I see are his black combat boots right in front of my shoes. I look up into his eyes and he looks down into mine confusion written all over his face. "How come you aren't running yet?" He questions searching my eyes. "I just can't walk home alone, please I'm scared." I hear him chuckle. "You aren't afraid of me? What can possibly be scarier than me?" He asks. "Well, I know you will keep me safe." "Why is that?"
