The Degenerates of UA

The world needs more heroes, This is an undeniable fact that the staff at UA came to seeing the state of hero culture and decided to make a change in the enrollment process. This change adding two special sections of the hero course. It was purely experimental and the results would determine if this becomes a permanent part of the institution. The experiment was simple these two classes would be filled with twenty students each and they had two years to produce or the project would be scrapped. These forty students were unique in the fact that their potential was astronomical but they each had one of two problems: Control or Villains. The Hero Course Class 1-C was just that, children with powerful quirks who didn't have the control needed. The idea was that giving them the guidance they needed would make the most powerful heroes to ever live. The second class was Hero Course Class 1-D was a different case they had an inclination to villainy. This ranged from actual connections to villains, to actual villain acts, to an instability mentally that would make society question their ability as a hero. The thought process was that if they could reform these students and turn them into exceptional heroes that it could influence those in similar situations not to turn to villainy as well. This is the story of those classes and how they changed everything to do with the foundation of UA.
