I've always lived by the quote "if a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn't be in it." However, that wasn't the case for Noah and I. --- "Have I done something?" Noah followed me, standing directly in front of the tv so I couldn't work it. "Move." I swatted him with the controller, he winced and stepped aside, sitting on the sofa opposite me. "Why don't you like me?" He asked. "Because I don't." I took another bite of my toast. "That's not a reason." He said. "It's just that... I can't believe I have you as a stepbrother." I groaned, looking at Noah who kicked his feet up on the coffee table. "And I can't believe I have you as a stepsister." He mocked my words, sending a smirk my way. Ugh he's so annoying. Noah and I are never going to be acquaintances, let alone friends. This whole stepbrother and stepsister thing, sucks. --- WARNING: THIS BOOK CONTAINS STRONG LANGUAGE AND SEXUAL CONTENT.
