Humans are rare in these times. A war centuries ago nearly wiped all of them out. Those that are placed in the human category are placed in a facility to protect them or until Supernaturals decide they want a family.

Destiny Scarlett is in hiding since she found out what category she was. She believed humans and supernaturals have a right to be treated like equals.

Everything is normal -as it can be- until she runs into seven vampires. In this day and age everyone stays away from vampires.
