Often the strains of life pull us down into unknown grounds of our lives we find ourselves in places we never thought we could ever be and like any creature in this world , fear takes over .we start to feel suppressed by the circumstance as reality is distored , with no sign of hope .There grows a sense that makes us feel like were drowning . heading deeper our hope is lost and we think we just might not make it while all this is not true. we aren't drowning it's caused by one thing ... we forget to breathe
