Because of this, the rise of a new guild is at hand, a guild for second chances, which have their eyes on becoming the strongest guild. When the wizards from Tartas are accused of using their magic to kill, the Grand Magic Games are used as a testing ground for this new guild to see whether or not they are guilty.
