A 'Lord Of The Rings' Fanfiction

BOOK TWO - Middle Earth Series

Adriel is a young half-elf from Lothlorien. She embarks on yet another journey across Middle-Earth to aid Frodo Baggins in destroying the ring of power. Along the way, new and old foes arise as well as challenges the half-blood girl has never faced. Join her as she fights to keep Sauron's darkness at bay as well as her own witch bloods bad history as she learns about her past and her people as well as the fight to reclaim her mother's homeland. 

*The first like fifteen chapters were written in first person but I changed the point of view so if you see any weird "I" "Me" My" "Us" or "We" I apologize, its hard editing them all out!*
*My chapters are very long - averaging at about 5000ish words*
*I added some of my own history (race of witches) into the story as well as twisted some characters that were already pre existing*
*I obviously don't own Tolkien's characters*
*I'm still in the process of writing and am loosely editing - the entire story is nearly finished though (19/22 chapters are written and will be posted soon!)*All Rights Reserved

"I will stay safe. I promise," I said, pulling back and looking her in the eyes. They were red and puffy from crying, and her face was tearstained. I dried her tears, and her sobbing slowed to a stop. She took a shuddering breath and hugged me tightly. "You promise?" Míreth said quietly. "I promise," I whispered back. I held her tightly. Harry Potter and the Lord of the Rings by redcloakjr

This story is using characters and places from both the Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings universes. If you know either 1 or neither of these stories this will probably not make any sense to you though you might still enjoy it. Further more please bare in mind my spelling punctuation and grammar is not the best so please excuse it. Finally if you enjoy it please let me know so I know to make more. For these stories I am not including 19 years later or by extention the curse child. I also tweaked some of the lord of the rings universe to suite the story. I don't have the time to list all of them but you should probably know the significant ones: Frodo was now 13 at the beginning of the events of the lord of the rings rather than 50 and he went to the undying lands when he was 14. Hobbits can now be of magical blood. Half-Blood, Pure-Blood, Muggle-Born and Squib. Sam, Merry, Pippin and Rosie are now all the same age as Frodo. Middle Earth is east of America and South West of UK. All people's of Middle Earth of magic born are sent to Hogwarts as geograficaly it is closest. Hobbits are slightly taller than they were before as otherwise it would be a little odd. And some other things I changed from Harry Potter are: Their is a wizarding university now. Harry and Frodo's parents were friends as they also went to hogwarts. Voldemort and Bellatrix were never a thing so no Delphini. Godric Gryffindor and Rowena Ravenclaw were a thing when they were alive. (significant later in the story) I also invented new characters for this story. I really hope you enjoy and I didn't bore you with this I just thought you ought to know.

The she-elf is not as young as she seems, she had nearly faded when Galadriel found her at the beginning of the second age. The elf never woke, but the Lady of Light has foreseen it; Naehlara will awaken to help lead the elves, men and all free folk to peace, for she is the High Queen of the elves. The only living elf from the first age. Her fae grows stronger with every year bringing her closer to awakening. Galadriel once was friends with the elf, her father Thingol; king of Doriath before it was abandoned and forgotten as the first age elves left Middle Earth to go back to Valanor or faded with time. "I have longed to see my friend reawaken but how do you explain to one that nearly two ages has passed since she fell into slumber." Galadriel says, a small smile growing on her face. "She was a mighty warrior, the best in all of Middle Earth. But she was stubborn, not as wise as most elves. A lot more like our Woodland kin, the ones in Greenwood." She forges long lasting friendships with those around her and finds herself getting close to the elven prince even though they start as rivals. This is a Legolas love story but if any of you have read my other fan fictions then you know I love character development and so this is likely to take a long time to get started. Also, I know there are like a billion fan fictions with the same plot, that being a female elf who is part of the fellowship and ends up falling in love with Legolas. I know every fan fic is basically that plot repeated over and over again but I just said, 'what the hell, if you can't beat them, join them' so I made this.
