3P Hetalia: The other world

AU where 2Ps wants to conquer the world so they decide to get rid of 1Ps by throwing them in another world, where problems are normal and everyone has a story: the 3P world.
They have a week to get out there by finding the portal or killing their 3P... not all the 1Ps are in the new world thought. Be ready for an adventure.
