Une belle journée s'annonce en cet été 2019 malgré les nombreuses représailles des Etats possédant les plus grandes puissances nucléaires. Alors que les gens qui vivent sur Terre ne se doutent de rien, une énorme guerre éclate en secret entre les USA, la Russie et la Corée du Nord. Les dégâts nucléaires étaient tels que les gens mourraient au simple contact avec l'air. Alors, en France, des bunkers ont été construits afin de protéger la population. L'histoire se passe II siècles plus tard, en 2219, où une équipe de vaillants adolescents tenteront de regagner le dehors...
