Midoriya Izuku had enough of the life he was living, being bullied by the only friend he had for years, he was in a relationship he didn't know how to get out of, and he was always being watched over. He was in his father's shadow, the serial killer known as the "Fire Breather." They were afraid he was going to end up just like him. Sometimes, he was afraid he would too. 

He was about to end his life by jumping off a building when a man showed up. He talked the boy out of the decision he was about to make, now he was working underneath him. 

That's where he met Todoroki Shoto for the first time, the second time was at the entrance exam to U.A High for Prodigies. There was something there, he felt it. Did the other boy feel it too?All Rights Reserved

"I know ok?!" - Izuku screams, he never screams. Shōto flinches and fights the instinct to cover his ears as he stays put with his back against the bedroom door. Fuyumi frowns with the headphones in her hands, ready to place them over his ears, but for once Shōto wants to know. "He's not special! He's just-" - the sentence stops, Inko warns him to stop as it often happens and somehow Shōto wishes Izuku wouldn't stop. He needs to hear it, he needs someone to say that word. Shōto opens the door and takes a tentative step outside, not really knowing why: maybe to confront Inko, or maybe to comfort Izuku. The entrance door slams and he's faced with only Inko. She looks at him with so much guilt she might as well just have killed a man. "I'm sorry..." - she says and Shōto doesn't understand what she's actually sorry about. ~ To sum it up: Tōya decided to run away from his abusive household with his sibling. Endeavour face a trial for child abuse that lead to his immediate hero career decline and incarceration. While Tōya manages to run away with Natsuo, Fuyumi and Shōto end up in a foster home. Midoriya and Todoroki were just walking through the park one day, when they ran into eachother. They started talking, and realized they aren't as different as they seem. What part of your fucked up mind is telling you that this is okay?! Because let me fucking tell you right now, if you ever fucking do this to yourself again I swear...." He punched the wall and yelled in frustration, taking a deep breath to calm himself. He paused for a few seconds before speaking again. "Get up." He held out his hand and I took it, standing up shakily. He grabbed my arms again, staring at them sadly. "Again? Why would you hide them again? Why this again?" He pled desperately. "You two." A different voice from across the hallway said, making us both jump a bit. Aizawa walked over to us, looking down at my cuts with slightly widened eyes, then back up at me with a concerned expression. "I need to talk to both of you."
