Midoriya Izuku had enough of the life he was living, being bullied by the only friend he had for years, he was in a relationship he didn't know how to get out of, and he was always being watched over. He was in his father's shadow, the serial killer known as the "Fire Breather." They were afraid he was going to end up just like him. Sometimes, he was afraid he would too.
He was about to end his life by jumping off a building when a man showed up. He talked the boy out of the decision he was about to make, now he was working underneath him.
That's where he met Todoroki Shoto for the first time, the second time was at the entrance exam to U.A High for Prodigies. There was something there, he felt it. Did the other boy feel it too?

Izuku Midoriya was a fighter. All his life that was all he wanted to do. Be a hero and fight to save people. But In the process he couldn't save himself from his abusive relationship. Finally, after two years he gets out, but he is a different man from before. His faith in himself falters, his confidence plummets, he was lost. He thought he would never make it out of the dark but when an old friend comes back into his life, Izuku sees the light. ~ Shoto Todoroki watches as his high school friend losing himself. He had pushed away everyone, but Shoto refused to leave his side for good. And when Izuku is able to escape the abusive relationship he was trapped in, Shoto is there to help him pick up the pieces. It wouldn't be easy. Izuku had changed so much and Shoto was scared that he would be lost in the dark forever. And the worst pain the soulmate is having the worse the pain in your chest gets. Izuku Midoriya was born with an amazing and unique quirk that you only see every 2000 years as well as 2 other quirks. But he doesn't know who to control the quirk. When he gets into UA he is shocked, especially when he gets into the hero course. Izuku lives with his father as his mother was killed the hero killer, stain, when he was 10. But his father abuses him whenever he feels like it. He didn't care where or how bad it hurt. Todoroki glanced at the sleeping Midoriya in front of him, he raised an eyebrow as he theorized possible reasons for Midoriya to do that. Did he not get enough sleep? His train of thoughts and theories was interrupted by a vague mumble from the freckled boy, who wore a worried and fearful expression. "No... please... Kacchan, stop..." Todoroki stared at him in surprise and then looked at Bakugou, he had a care-free but malicious grin on his face, like he didn't have a worry in the world. Weird... Maybe he heard him wrongly? Todoroki took it hard. His best friend--his brother--was gone. Hero-in-Training: Deku was missing. Everything was falling apart. Starting with a bandaid and ending with grass, the search would be long. The recovery would be longer. And it all originated in Hosu. ......................................................................................... Midoriya was happy, he was able to save his friends from the Hero Killer: Stain. Stain was restrained and Midoriya's friends were safe from danger, about to wake up and recieve medical treatment. Izuku made his way to the end of the alley, keeping one eye out for heros, and one eye on the unconscious vigilante. However two eyes aren't enough. Art is mine! "I know ok?!" - Izuku screams, he never screams. Shōto flinches and fights the instinct to cover his ears as he stays put with his back against the bedroom door. Fuyumi frowns with the headphones in her hands, ready to place them over his ears, but for once Shōto wants to know. "He's not special! He's just-" - the sentence stops, Inko warns him to stop as it often happens and somehow Shōto wishes Izuku wouldn't stop. He needs to hear it, he needs someone to say that word. "I'm your son, you birthed me, and still I'm never a priority..." - Izuku says and his voice breaks. It's quieter this time. Shōto opens the door and takes a tentative step outside, not really knowing why: maybe to confront Inko, or maybe to comfort Izuku. The entrance door slams and he's faced with only Inko. She looks at him with so much guilt she might as well just have killed a man. "I'm sorry..." - she says and Shōto doesn't understand what she's actually sorry about. ~ To sum it up: Tōya decided to run away from his abusive household with his sibling. Endeavour face a trial for child abuse that lead to his immediate hero career decline and incarceration. While Tōya manages to run away with Natsuo, Fuyumi and Shōto end up in a foster home.
