Jacqueline,the balloon girl, has special powers that give her the ability to fly. But only with certain things. She could not fly on her own. She could only fly while holding on to things that could float or fly. She could hold a bird's wing and fly, but she always preferred the balloon. Since she was four she would always float on a balloon in the sky. Everyone called her balloon girl. She seemed like an ordinary girl at school, but when night came, she turned into balloon girl.
