Izuku & Mikumo Midotani are Twins. Yes really. They are taken care of by their mother Inko Midotani, and have no Idea who their father, Hisashi, really is. He is just a guy who works overseas and sends money to help with taking care of them.
Mikumo does develop a quirk, The power to use any quirk he wants but only if he knows how the quirk works, and has seen it in action.
Izuku showed all the signs of getting a quirk, but sadly it never manifested.
Mikumo: Purple hair with black tips that is curlier than Izuku's and covers his right eye most the time, Crimson eyes, slightly taller then Izuku even if he was born second. Other than that he looks identical to Izuku.
He is a little more...
brash & violent than Izuku is.

Quirkless doesn't mean useless but because of how quirkless kids are being treated they often end up dead.. Izuku Midoriya is a kid that was born quirkless. Once his parents found out about this, they immediatelly abandoned him and threw him out on the streets. Now rouaming the steets and barely surviving he still finds a way to help people but not any avarage people, no he saved All for One and the other 4 LOV members. Follow Izuku as he struggles to survive while at the same time wanting nothing more than to end his own misary and becomes weaker and weaker with each passing moment.
