IMPORTANT: This is just a first draft sample that is somewhat far from what the actual story will be. This sample will show you what the setting and characters will be like along with giving a vague look into the plot of my actual book which will be altered quite a bit. The real book is in the process of being written and will be published on Wattpad in 2020. Keep watch for updates on the book! The summary below will most likely stay the same.
In the 2040s, a gene is found among newborns that give them each a unique ability that manifests in their teenage years. The world saw that they were different, and labeled them as a threat. From that point on, they were known as aberrations, unwanted mistakes. The government hired hunters to find aberrations and bring them to containment where they would be eliminated.
Rose Wilson, a seemingly normal teenage girl, discovers she is an aberration. When an aberration detection mechanism is released, Rose finds herself and several friends in a bad situation. Together, they go on a mission to change the worlds opinion of their kind while trying to survive the enemies they had made. One hunter in particular was especially hard for Rose to avoid.
Aiden Levinson was hired as a hunter so he could avenge his parents who were allegedly killed by an aberration. When Aiden meets Rose, his beliefs about her kind are challenged, and he begins to doubt his place as a hunter.
As Rose and her friends race to survive and to make a difference and Aiden must choose between his past beliefs and current realizations, their future is an uncertainty to be unfolded.

In a world where everything is normal, the reality reveals that normal is only what we want to believe in; what we were taught to believe in. However how can we know what is the normal if there exists no abnormality? In a parallel universe, living along side humans, exists what we believe to be the abnormal, the supernatural, a different species. They are what we know from books and folklore as werewolves. But even in their own abnormal world, lies outcasts, a greater abnormality, an abomination, a different breed owing abilities exceeding the average normal werewolf species. Enter Nora Williams, an average she wolf, or so she wants to make believe but only her inner circle knows the secret she desperately tries to hide. Living in the Redwood pack since she was 7 years old, the little girl has made her possible best to withhold a promise she made. Now finally reaching her prime years at 21, she wishes to discover the world in search of answers. However, the most unexpected happened and she had not speculated a certain powerful arrogant Alpha male to disrupt her perfectly laid plans along the way. Alpha Darian, one of the superior beings, what they call the abomination, was born to rule. Although known as abnormal, the young boy has spent his childhood preparing for his reign. His father, the great Alpha Xenon paved the way for him, although in the most ruthless way. His only solace was the little girl with the purest shade of violet eyes. Darian spent years looking for her, his only remaining family including his beta Mykel, but no trace of her. For him there was only her and no one else, but never had he thought a little she wolf would change that. Hate, jealousy, plots, magic, mystery and murder will prove to be obstacles both these wolves have to face. Can both these wolves survive the unforeseen hardships coming their way to reach the final chapter to their happy ending story or will ' All is well that ends well' only be a myth? Thousands of lives are lost just from the common flu. Sixteen year old Sadie lost her parents to a deadly car crash two years ago. When she finally moves beyond the deaths of her parents, she loses her grandparents to the common cold. On her journey to Northern California, she crosses paths with the arcane stranger Aiden. They soon realize what it truly means to think and what it means to know. One wrong move, and everything they have worked towards creating a better future for everyone will be for nothing.
