Only a Stupid Crush could lead to a series of Stupid Mistakes that made me fall for a Stupid Romantic boy. ⊙⊙⊙⊙ "You really should stop cursing." He widened his smirk taking a step closer to close the gap between us. "What are you doing here? I want Marcus not you!" I huffed ready to take another step back but Alexander held me in place. "You don't want him. It's just a stupid crush that will fade with time." He rolled his eyes. "You don't know that!" I argued. What did he know apart from being a bad boy? "Oh, I know that." He winked before bringing his face so close that I thought he was going to kiss me but instead whispered. "I like you. Haven't you noticed?"

Complete! "You know I really like you, right?" He was definitely drunk. "You do?" I asked. My voice was supposed to be teasing, but I think it came off as a bit startled. He laughed, "Yeah, why else would I trust you with all my secrets?" -- Betty was many things; a romantic, a fashion designer, a bit more jealous than the average girl, great with a camera, a helpful daughter and a good friend. But she was best known for being nice. And usually, the boy did not want the 'nice' girl. But this summer she was going to prove to Mike, her crush since FOREVER, that nice was enough. She was going to have an amazing summer, a perfect Junior year, and finally have her first kiss. It was a foolproof plan. Moving from her childhood home in Arizona to New Mexico at the start of Junior year was never a part of Betty's plan. But sometimes when parents are involved, plans change. So now the nice girl had to start over at a new school in a new State. And when the (maybe not so bad) bad boy, Eli, gets involved, it might be hard to be known as 'the nice girl'.
