The Quirkless Hero - Rabbit (Deku)

After being told by his (former) idol All Might that he would not become a hero due to his quirkless status, 8years old (bullied) Izuku Midoriya becomes extremely depressed. Inko, after seeing her son's condition, had enough. She took her son to a completely different neighborhood, far away from the previous one - but ironically closer to U.A - and started a new life.
What happens when, 7 years later, the bullied boy Izuku changed drastically? What if, instead of wanting revenge, he decided to become a hero for those who are in dire need of it - the animals?
What if he became friends with both heroes and villains?
And what if Aizawa finds him and chooses him as a recommended student to U.A?
