These chronicles record the tales of groups of intrepid adventurers wading through the dangers of a nation reborn. These adventurers come from many different backgrounds. Some have lived within the nation of Dvalinn all of their life, just recently moving to the namesake capital city. Others call the capital city home. Many come from other lands with untold stories, arriving at port to continue their journey in this strange new land.
Many challenges are present in the aftermath of the Symbolic War. Political rivalry continues in the power plays of individual members of the newly formed Council of Dvalinn. Subversive forces seek to tear down the new regime. Public unrest threatens to return the nation of Dvalinn to civil war. A kingdom looms in the background, waiting for the opportune moment to strike.
And throughout it all, an extensive network of spies and informants takes note of every move.
