Jade's life had not been the simplest or the nicest. Her parents are alcoholic's with no maternal instincts whatsoever, and who's only concern is how much drink twenty dollars can buy them. Most of her childhood was spend in a hospital bed stitching up wounds or tending to a broken bone, but the injuries were never an accident. He had left when she was thirteen years old and the pain always stayed with her. But now she's seventeen and trying hard to stitch her life together, with the help of her boyfriend Kade.

On the other hand, Kade has no intention to change. He is satisfied with his life and see's no reason to tame his temper. He knew he needed to rely his rage to box. Kade was famous in his small town for his fighting in the ring, so was Jade before her promise. Seven years since he began and he's still going strong, up against the big boys at only nineteen. He had only ever lost a fight twice, once to a nobody and the second to Tyler Grey. But who is Tyler?

Reillyn Cole had experienced it all. Grief. Pain. Heartbreak. And yet, still, the cruel world continued to throw hurdles in her unendingly winding path. Elias Ryker had grown up under tyranny. Despite problems of his own, he becomes the most likely to be able to save her. And she was the last anyone expected to actually want to save him. But she did. She wanted him. He wanted her. But fate didn't want them together. Now, they must navigate an overprotective best friend, a homicidal father, a psychotic brother, and a hilariously crazy grandma. But, will Rei ever get her happy ending? - - - "Boxer Boy, you don't really have a choice in the matter, you either help me or I squeal about your very illegal activities," I obviously wasn't gonna tell but he didn't know that so I silently prayed he wouldn't call my bluff. He leaned down so he was eye level with me, he smelt like apples too. "Why do you wanna learn how to fight tigru?" I tried my hardest not to let my gaze flicker down to his bare chest, but it was right there and very distracting. He cleared his throat making me shoot my gaze back to him as I hoped my voice didn't come out shaky, "that's my business, just like the reason you fight is yours." His jaw sharpened as he straightened and seemed to contemplate what his next move would be. I took the time to declutter my thoughts and focus on what I needed from him; fighting lessons, the opportunity to save myself one final time. - - - "I love the book overall. It kept me on the edge of my seat and it was full of emotion! I can't wait for the sequel to come out! This book had something for everyone and anyone; if you enjoy reading, you'll enjoy this book!" - Mackenzie "I read a lot and this is one of the best books I've read. If you are this young writing this good I cannot wait to follow your career." - danielchristinatin

Dakota is just like every other 17 year old high school senior. Or that's what everyone thinks. Everyone sees Dakota as this funny, sarcastic, and caring girl. What people don't see is how much she is truly suffering inside. People don't know that the smile she always wears is completely fake. They don't know what's really going on at home. They don't see the bruises she has to cover up every morning. They don't see her having to step up to take care of her two younger siblings. She puts on a fake smile as soon as she walks through the school doors and slowly builds her walls up higher as each day goes on. She thinks no one will ever see past her facade...that is, until three new bad boys come strolling into town taking an automatic interest in Dakota. And one certain bad boy can read her like an open book. Will Dakota eventually let these three bad boys in? Or will she keep everything in until she finally reaches her breaking point?
