On the outside, Brenna Morgan is just your ordinary seventeen year old girl, but on the inside she is much more than that. Brenna is different; she is far more special than anyone knows. She possesses a gift, a dangerous, yet an essential gift that very few know about, but she's completely oblivious to this though. The only thing she knows is that there's something wrong with her and she's tormented by it day after day. She sees herself as nothing but a piece of walking destruction and wants nothing more than to be rid of her "gift" once and for all. Most see her as a potential weapon in one of the greatest and catastrophic wars that mankind has ever known, while others see her as a precious jewel that deserves nothing more than to be protected, and none will stop at nothing to ensure that the young girl falls within their grasp.
