AU of an AU: There is a legend in the forest of Mystic Falls of a legendary creature that will grant the one whom can capture it the use of it's mighty powers for their own use. Elijah Mikealson finds this creature with the intention of using it for the protection of his family. However, what he didn't expect was to find a beautiful, shimmering woman or to fall immediately in love with her. Capturing her, he soon finds himself in a game of predator and prey.
