In other words, Richie is constantly pining after Eddie, who is completely oblivious of his best friend's feelings. He thinks he's just toying and finds it annoying(?). 

Note: THIS IS BASED ON THE BOOK, NOT THE MOVIE. A few, well a LOT of things are different. 

-The gang defeated Pennywise by a ritual, the ritual of Chüd.
-Eddie was scared of the leper, yes, but in the book the leper asked Eddie if he could give Eddie a blowjob for a quarter, then a dime, and then for free.
-Richie is terrified of Werewolves, too. Like, really really scared.
