At the end of Robert's Rebellion, many houses and bannermen have fallen and seen their end. House Glenmore, however, has not seen their's. What happens when Ned Stark discovers a lone baby amidst the fire and smoke of what remains of their keep? And why must this child be kept a secret?

Elaena Glenmore, last of her house. Raised by the honorable Ned Stark alongside the Stark children, will Elaena's future be filled with hope, or is she destined for a life living in fear and disappointment? And the one question she can never seem to answer; why does she feel this way about a certain bastard, by the name of Jon Snow?
