"Even though I love the staring, I'm not going anywhere aibou." Yugi is depressed because of Atem's leaving his world. Yugi knows that he is in a better place, but never had a chance to tell Atem about his true feelings for him. "I really can't thank you enough for staying by my side when everything happened, even when I pushed you guys away." Yugi discovers his heart disease, but wont be able to collect enough money for his treatment. He doesn't tell his friends about his condition, hoping they don't find out or ask about it. "I'm glad that both of you are happy together. Just know if you need anything from me, never hesitate to ask." Three years pass while Yugi is in more pain, only then his friends ask more about what is going on. Yugi won't tell them anything about it, but what happens when a familiar face returns.
