If playing a small wind instrument is enough to lure a herd of fuzzy fantasy creatures towards you, then what does it take to lure a hot wizard guy in your direction? Well, to scare off his fuzzy pets into a dangerous forest, of course. And then obviously he'll demand you get them back. And then obviously, since you've never been in the forest before, you're gonna ask him to do it himself. So then you end up going together. Obviously.

Mikey, our little pied piper, just wanted to play his music in peace. Blaise, our hot-headed little wizard, just wanted to take his pets on a walk without too much trouble. Unluckily for them, life always gets in the way. But it shouldn't take too long, it's just a little trip to a huge forest full of god knows what to retrieve little creatures no bigger than the size of your two palms put together.

It's only when their little fetch quest turns out to be hiding something much more sinister that things get a little complicated. However, like I said, that should have been obvious by now.

Well, this wasn't exactly what Sebastian thought he was going to have to deal with when he came to this forest. He was looking for a werebear that had lost its mind somewhere out here. But now he seemed to stumble upon a werewolf instead. He must have been in really bad shape to be that far gone. He was glad that he had found the right song to sooth and calm him. Now that the beast's rage was gone, it was slowly transforming into a human form. He hadn't really dealt with werewolves that much. They usually knew how to handle themselves and conduct themselves accordingly with society. It made this one all the stranger of an experience. "It's okay, buddy," he pet its head. "You're alright now. Rest your head and know that you are safe." The beast's head was resting on his lap as he hummed softly at it. Petting ever so gently right between his ears, he watched as the beast relaxed, slowly turning into the human form that was connected to it. The face took the longest to shift, but the man looked so peaceful when Sebastian was able to see it. And then he saw the rest of the man that was laying partly on top of him. Oh no. He forgot that they aren't clothed when they shifted. A blush came to his cheeks as he forced his eyes to stay on the man's face. Dammit all. Why did this beast have to be so handsome? * Sebastian Julien Jean Dubois was a part of the most famous family of beast tamers in the entire European and Asian continent. From Dragons to demons, and all the in betweens, he's tamed them all. But when his first trip to America lands him in a forest with a beserk werewolf, Sebastian now finds himself in the middle of a mystery. Werewolves don't normally go beserk. And this one was an Alpha of a small pack, which meant that he was already really strong. Will he be able to figure out what's going on in this strange forest? More challenging than that: Will he be able to do it without falling for the handsome beast? * Completed! 6/13/2022

There's nothing more dangerous than a book, especially in the wrong hands. And, in this world of magic, wars and an alarming number of self-serving, gratuitously selfish people, there are a lot of wrong hands to take advantage. When the world's foremost mage, Anpound Pudbatter (fresh from a magical accident that had turned him back into a teenager with all the associated raging hormones) meets Gammer Goodhiding, the world's most polite, yet indefinably terrifying witch, and Bindi, a Druid who almost has a filthy mouth, they come together to search for an object that could very well spell the end of the world as they know it. Or change it in ways they cannot imagine. From the intermittently high Mount Pintel, to the vast, unending Library, to the indeterminately located city of Lost Vagueness, where hope, and Coin, go to wallow in despair, to the world's most important, prominent, and tiniest city, the three of them must follow the magical chaos wrought by the presence of the book. And with warlords bent on conquest, thieves out for a quick score and a djinn with a mischievous attention to detail in the way, things may not go quite according to plan. And what, exactly, is the origin of the book? Only The Archivist's All-knowing Almanac knows for sure. A love-letter to the works of Terry Pratchett and Douglas Adams. "Destiny is interesting," he said, looking up at the stars. "Some beings like to rely on a god or deity, feeling free from the responsibility of deciding love and the future of their lives. Others would rather decide everything, running away from things that ground them as they hop from one fleeting feeling to the next." "And what about you?" Geoff asked, looking at him shyly. "I always chose my own destiny," he told him. "I chose to live my life based on the things that I felt were right." Those eyes finally looked at him, his face as serious as could be. They locked in with his, leaving Geoff breathless with their power. "And," he continued. "Right now, I choose you." Adventure is always just around the corner, as easy as the wind blowing him towards his next destination with a mixture of the past and present, all is well for Geoff. The chaotic is normal, and a challenge is always thirsted for in his life. But when life throws him another curve ball, now Geoff's in for the test of a lifetime as his next mission is greater than any tamer known to man. A life or death situation leaves him with a beast that he wasn't expecting, and a problem with the world and everything he knew. If that wasn't hard enough, life decided to throw in a test of his heart as well. And he was a sucker for a good looking man. When the past and present collide, can Geoff handle the future that he could be destined for? * BOOK #2 OF THE TAMER SERIES! UPDATES EVERY WEDNESDAY
