They have been always there, they are still here and they will always be here.
For many centuries Red Sea followers have been killing people.
Their soul purpose is to keep the balance by killing any dangerous soul who can disturb the living.
Or at least that is what they tell the public.
O.O.R.S follow two rules.
1. Kill whoever stands against them
2. Seek power

She feels that every life matters. However, every human soul has a breaking points.
