A new patient has arrived or should i say patients?..

"He sat down next to the other patient, it was pretty obvious they were twins- which made my job a lot harder than what it already is, you see i'm a doctor, the type of doctor that helps these poor souls become what our society strikes them as "Normal people". I try my best to help them become normal again while they think of me as a friend..i hate that feeling, most people hate this type of work but i just love helping people without caring about my income i get. One looks at the other and smirks at me, usually i won't mind..but i felt something tingle inside- as if my body was attracted to that sort of sexual act but i sigh it off and continue looking at them until my paper had come.
