Greater Heights (a short story)

The sun is an unheard of object in the city of Dinton, a dark city of eerie streets and closed gates. Everyone inside the city is content and cares not to learn about the outside world that has forgotten about them. Rose, Danny and Adam are unlike this people and desire to see the world with their own eyes.
The Rebellion has been around for 100s of years and has been watching this trio to see if they are willing to put their own world behind them and go to the light.
Is the trio truly willing to leave everything and go to the surface of a world of light or will they surrender to the corruption found inside the city?
