"Because I don't want you to look at me like I'm dying. I want you to look at me like I'm the only girl you want to fall in love with." Samantha is twenty-one years old-and already living by a list she wrote at seventeen, one meant to prepare her for the life she thought she'd have by twenty-five. The summer before her senior year, Sam sets out to finally complete that list: unfinished goals, quiet dreams, and risks she's avoided for years. What she doesn't expect is how deeply the journey will change her. As love enters her life in unexpected ways, Sam is forced to confront who she's been, who she's becoming, and who she wants to be by the time she turns twenty-five. Between family obligations, personal ambition, and lessons that can't be learned in a classroom, Sam discovers that being a hustler means more than chasing success, being family-oriented requires sacrifice, and being a learner sometimes means unlearning everything you thought you knew. Sam's 25 is a tender, heartfelt coming-of-age story about time, love, and the courage it takes to live fully-before the clock runs out.

Summers are supposed to be that time of the year that you should look forward to. No school, hours at the beach, late night parties. What's not to love? Three words. My neighbor's grandson. For once in her life, Maliah Arias is looking forward to her summer. It's the summer before senior year and life couldn't be better. She has a hot college boyfriend, plenty of Dl soccer scholarship offers, and she just went through a massive glow up. To make matters better, her neighbor's annoying yet very hot grandson, Jackson Cruz, who usually visits every summer, is away in Europe. When circumstances change, Maliah finds herself once again in the presence of Jackson, who seems hell-bent on making her life miserable. Although as time passes, the two of them find themselves growing closer and closer, whether they like it or not. Tears are shed, hearts are broken, and Maliah finds herself wondering if she'll be able to survive the summer and make it to senior year.
