Isna Dahal is ready to kick back and toast a job well done on her first break from the project in five years. When she's called in to investigate an unusual problem, however, she uncovers a danger that could threaten the entire Array. The celebration will have to wait.

I originally started this story as a submission to the @ScienceFiction #scifiholiday contest. I didn't finish it it time to qualify, but it seemed promising enough to finish.

After being convicted of a murder she didnt commit alita is left stranded on the hostile world filled with carnivorous plants, ruthless criminals, hostile natives, and bloodthirsty monsters. She comes to realize the world isnt as unforgiving and cold as it seems. She's saved by a native who dislikes humans as much as the next guy but shes intent on sticking by his side in order to survive. The only issue being is the last thing he wants is a pathetic, weak human girl following him around. (Limited time only read!) I did the one thing I promised her I would never do, no matter what, and now she hates me. She absolutely despises me and she's doing everything in her power to make my life a living hell, even if she hurts herself in the process. Even if it gets her killed.
