When Doc Jhoana decides to go to the States to be a Filipino Family's Orthopedic Doctor, she met the coldest and most hopeless patient she could ever have in her entire life. Who treats her as a shadow and as an air whenever she's around to help her recover from her injury.

Jho could easily give up on her and just go back to the Philippines knowing that there is a lot of things waiting for her, if not for her patient's parents' request to give her patient a chance to change her dismal personality even for just a short time.
