How does AO3 work?

AO3 is a private reading platform, so if you don't have an account, you should create one and wait for them to send you an invitation.

Some works might be private --which means you'll only be able to access to them when you are logged into your account--. You can either read it directly from the website or download the work: you can download it in different formats. The most popular ones are PDF and EPUB --this second one, as far as I know, is for iPhone users, so you can read it and keep it in your library in the 'Books' app--.

Some works also have Triggering Warnings --TW-- and ask if you want to continue to the work, you then decide if yes --press continue-- or no --go back--.
