It takes strength, courage, vulnerability, and a lot of beatings. Being a superhero is not an easy thing, but when you're considered a supernerd all around, sometimes being the hero is all you do to get the attention of fitting in that everyone wants. And to protect the people who need it.
As Marcus walked through the comic book store with Brian and Sean, he realized something. Something expectable and undone. Well, in real life anyways. This decision to become a superhero would turn into reality. But he soon finds out that he isn't the only one who wants to be a superhero, for some have been training for it their whole lives. But superheroes have to make enemies, allies, and some surprises will come to them that they will have to work together to get through with it. This is a story inspired by the movie "Kick-Ass" as well as my dream to become a superhero. (Which may or may not happen.)[Probably not]

Long ago a group of superheroes and villains worked together to prevent an invasion. But they managed to kill more people than they saved. Between managing a secret lair and making sure your mom doesn't stop loving you because you keep telling everyone she's dead, it's a really hard business to be good at? Add to that, the fact that somehow you got arrested because your cat sitter didn't take the day off and then you go around expressing your unconditional love for pancakes in a Super holding cell because technically they can't put you in a proper prison and you don't really have a choice because lawyers are expensive?
