Delinquent, Welcome To Camp Officer

Carmen Garcia is your typical gang member, delinquent. Except for the fact that her sentence, until she tells the names of her fellow gang members, is to be a stable worker at a officer training camp. Soon reunited with her brother, Hernando. She finds that it has changed him. He is one of them now. Then she realizes, maybe she was fighting on the wrong side the entire time.
Then walks in Blake Simon. He is your typical man whore officer in training. Hernando wants Carmen to stay as far away from him as she can, but that is impossible for her to do so since he's every where she turns.
All settle into place until someone from Carmen's past comes and dismantles her new future.
