Viggo is gone. Johann is dead. The Dragon Hunters are being rounded up and shut down. The Riders work on shutting down the Edge, safely relocating their dragons, and saying goodbye to all their friends in the Great Beyond before they move back to Berk. But there's a different kind of hunter in their way. One who's been silent, and patient, for many a moon. This hunter also has a new way of hunting, one that endangers all of the Riders and their dragons - from the inside.
A/N This story takes place between Race to the Edge and How to Train Your Dragon 2, and is part of a combined series between me and T-Night. I have a reading list that will have all the stories in order as they are edited and published.
Also, I don't own anything but the idea, my OC's and most of the art. How to Train Your Dragon and any art I don't own, belong to their rightful creators.

What if the dragons decided to stay at New Berk with the Berkians? Hiccup works to lead the people of Berk and at the same time continue to care for the dragons. The trialing times for Berk seemed to have finally passed. But the arrival of an old friend, and the mysterious disappearances of dragons around New Berk, threatens the peace of New Berk.
