Somehow, Taskmaster acquired M.Bison's Psycho Powers. That lead to many fighter violent incidents in New Metro, South America and East Asia. Many challenges lies ahead. Who will have the glory and admiration of being called the most impressive fighter? But something more sinister than Taskmaster is awaiting them.
