Jayden Noam is an inventor. All he needs is a screwdriver and scrap metal. He was the first human to create a time machine. He and his best friend, Gwyneth Karol, are the specimens to try this out.
Jayden and Gwyneth get trapped in the past. Literally. The time machine malfunctions and gets the two friends stuck in a dark, gloomy time of the past. The worst part is that Jayden doesn't have the materials he needs to create his machine again.
Trials of various kinds jump-scare them as they go on their journey to escape their greatest enemy and find a way back home. All the while discovering prophecies and hidden powers to help and destroy their path.

Her dad always used to say that. He built our whole future pretty much anyways. She always wanted to be a good inventor just like him. Daddy's little girl. Her twin brother he has their mom's looks and she her dad's he's the troublemaker between them both but she love him to pieces and he's her best friend.
