A Broken Path

The two clans stared at eachother, theyknew the other was there, but they were waiting for their leaders signal. "Attack!!!" The two leaders yowled, and soon the empty clearing came to life with cats wrestleing and fighting, the stench of blood clung to the night air like a tick clinging to a doe. Cherryfall felt claws sink into her shoulders. "Time to see your mama." Shatteredsoul rasped into Cherryfalls ear. Cherryfall struggled under his weight and eventually went limp. Shatteredsoul lessened his grip, thinking he had won. Cherryfall leapt to her paws and pinned Shatteredsoul on his back! "I wish you never lived!" Cherryfall spat. "Can't say I feel differently about you!" His tail lashed back and forth in anger. Shatteredsoul kicked her off and leapt to his blood-stained paws. Cherryfall faced him and Shatteredsoul faced her. The battle raged around them, they both knew, this war had only, just begun.
