In the SEC, the Southeastern Conference, the UGA softball team was one of the better teams out there. The main component behind the force of UGA Softball, is the coach. But for four years, there was another. Tyler Tyler. Starting left fielder, a decent hitter, and a big voice on the team, she helped her team reach the NCAA Regionals during her freshman year in 2013. But over the summer between her freshman and sophomore years, a family emergency came up, keeping her home in New Mexico, taking classes online, and training with her Alma Mater softball team. While Tyler is at home with her family, she's unaware of the fact that she's got a new teammate outside of the freshmen that made the team, so when she returns to Athens after the family emergency had been resolved, and before the 2014 college softball season started for UGA, she meets the new girl.
