Dong Hua had said yes...he willingly gave up his love fate. It was not a big deal, he didn't believe in love anyways. Love would never find him, he was immune. However love always finds a way and usually when it's least expected.

My version of the story begins  when Dong Hua removed his name from the Rock of Three Incarnations. The events of the Eternal love Tv Drama and The Pillow book have not happened yet as Dong Hua first meets Bai Feng Jiu when she is a baby.  Even though this is set in an alternate universe I will incorporate some parts of the TV drama and book into the story. Lets take this ride with my 2 favorite characters and see where this takes us! I do not own these characters. This is my original fan fiction story and even though the story starts off with innocence, it will at some point include mature sexual and violence related content. What happens after Dong Hua and Xiao Bai get out from the chasm. This is a variation of the story in the 2nd book "The Pillow Book" in the Three Lives, Three Worlds Series of Tangqi Gongzi. In this variation, there is no Bai Gun Gun yet at the start of the story. There will be many sweet moments here for our couple but it would not be without a little bit of angst. Don't worry, this will have a happy ending as I hate sad endings. Also, for the most part, I assumed that the reader is familiar with the story of Eternal Love of Dreams as I will not go into too much details on the background of the story and the characters. Please keep in mind I do not own their creation I have just borrowed their names for my story. The plot is completely different from the original story. I only kept the realms as a setting and a couple of names from the main story. What happens after Fengjiu wakes up? This is the sweet, funny life of Donghua, Fengjiu and Gungun as they live happily ever after. Many appearances from old friends. I try to follow the show the most (because I love it to pieces), then the novel, plus Back to Chaos and other one-shot takes released by Tang Qi though with extra spiciness because Donghua being possessive, naughty and insatiable in bed tracks with his personality, don't you agree? Each chapter will have a note about when the story takes place if it's not clear. Warning: though there are a lot of sweet moments, there are also a lot of sexually explicit content (noted with a 🔥 in the subtitle). The What If? Chapters tells what happens if Donghua had died in the Starlight Ward in the show and the world turned to chaos, and Fengjiu travels back in time to save him. It has the same tone as the other one-shots (mostly cute and funny) but a little darker and more violent.
