From Shadow's perspective, we will learn about his experience of going to war, or rather, the story of when he met the love of his life. ✿ ---------------------- ✿ ---------------------- ✿ Like most people, Shadow is forced to participate in the war, and it is thanks to this small twist of fate that he found someone who gradually cleared a cloudy sky, opening up a flourishing field within him. Together, they would become each other's greatest support in this dark time, anticipating the moment when it ends to enjoy each other's company away from the war. But not everything can be so simple.

When Shadow gets injured from one of his and Sonic's infamous fights and is left bed bound, Sonic feels pure guilt and goes to apologise to him. Sonic just can't help but stay away from Shadow and visits become more regular, their bond gets closer and feelings become more clear between the two... ⚠️ i wrote this story when i was a new fan of the Sonic franchise, story doesn't really make sense as Shadow should be able to heal but lets just ignore that🥰
