Today is one boys birthday. Today is also the day when he  and his girlfriend will find a mysterious pocket watch in the woods.  The two don't know there being watched by one alien  who owns that pocket watch and has powers to teleport people into the past and future and pause and resume  time and go back in time or into different time lines 
The boy and his girlfriend know that it's the end of the world but they  both  survive and are thrusted into a time warping adventure

Scientist's experiments had gone wrong. They call them the "Stone Devils". They were escaping from the labs and into our world. Made of stone and all male. Winged creatures that come into the night. Steal and kill their prey. That's what she heard but she didn't believe it until a few nights ago. (kinda like the movie Warm Bodies)
