Now Or Never

The pain swelled behind my eyes. I couldn't take it anymore. His perfect smile. His brilliant humor. His blinding light. I sniffed.

"De?" His eyes smiled at me.

"I need to go." I whispered.

He caught my hand. "Why?" His beautiful blue eyes kissed my soul. A look of despair was settled in his features.

I looked up from where his fingers were caressing mine. "Because, I can't do this." A tear slipped down my face.

He tugged me onto his lap. "You can." He whispered huskily into my ear.

My heart leaped. Could he want me as much as I wanted him? Could he love me as much as I had grown to love him?

"I-I-" I looked into his eyes, losing my sentence. "I should go."

"You should stay." He brought his mouth dangerously close to my neck.

I melted against him.

" Or should I say, you will stay."
