Hi so I accidentally deleted this story from my wattpad cause im dumb so here it is again! I'll be uploading the chapters once a week so I will have time to write new ones. Is a name really too much to ask? He refuses to give you one. If you keep investigating, you'll get hurt. You'll be killed. You'll regret it. It's not a warning. It's simply the truth. You've been noticing strange things going on. He's not in any records. A shotgun fire?! He has wounds that heal all too quickly. How can a boy get shot and heal by the very next day? (This book is a representation of my experiences with dating someone with depression in high school. I wrote it while we were dating, subconsciously writing him into the character Infinity. I will say that I intend to rewrite this at some point to send a better message, as I feel some of the actions in this book are unhealthy reactions to depression, that I have a much better perspective of now) [I'm also working on a VN based on this story.... For example, sodium and chlorine react so violently that flames can be seen while the exothermic reaction gives off heat.' With my breath in my throat, I blush deeper and avoid his gaze. Trapped in my Worst Novel
Protagonists, the most important characters in stories. They're the ones that are supposed to save the world and be a symbol of hope for humanity, the ones that can defeat anything in their way if they want to, the ones whom the reader wants to win and succeed... ...Well atleast thats how a good heroic protagonist should be. I wrote three novels after dropping out of college at 20 years old. My first novel was a disaster, boring characters, recycled plot, and a protagonist so rude even I wanted to punch them. The next two? Absolutely amazing and really well-liked. I was ready to quit writing for good when i suddenly got hit by a car and woke up in someone else's body, someone i don't recognize at all, who goes to the exact same school from my first novel. Yeah. That happened, i'm screwed. Great. Now I'm stuck in a world full of arrogant, clueless students. Why couldn't i have entered one of my better stories?! And if that's not enough, the soul of this body won't stop yelling at me to "give their body back", as if i could do that, while a tiny version of them sits on my left shoulder and a tiny version of my 19 year old self from my past life rides the right shoulder. "Oh this? This book is so interesting." Suddenly Nom grabbed the book and read the title loudly. 'How to recognize your own potential?' They both looked at me like I murdered someone. "What is this? Are you crazy or something? Where did you even find this?" Pete asked. "I'm trying to figure out why they selected me to the super 7 project" I answered. "And why did you think you'd get an answer by reading fantasy books?" Nom questioned. "I don't know okay? I have to start somewhere. Also our library is full of these kind of books." "What you guys actually do in this class anyway? Do they teach you how to pass exams easily or something?" Six high school students looks like anyone else acts like anyone else but are capable of things no one else is. They learnt from a young age no one that means NO ONE can know about their powers even their parents and other siblings. It brings out the true friends and those who just want to use you. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. I am working on rewriting this story and when I do there will be the trigger warnings in the correct places.) (small teaser.) No one sees me. I am a ghost. I brush against the wooden fence.
