'Ever since an ominous note had been delivered at the door to his kingdoms castle, there had been a mysterious sickness spreading like wildfire.
At first, it had just been like a mere cold. A few sniffles and fevers was all. No reason to worry, right? Wrong. Soon after, people began to turn pale, a grayish sort of pale, as well as nausea and severe body pains. By the next week, they were dead, and a light gray shade. Some people started to call it 'the wither sickness', but Ian refused to call it that. He didn't believe the legends that had made the 'wither' popular, so why would he name an illness after them?'
