The Thieving Falcon

This is the medieval era and Drasca the capital city of Atlar is in danger. There have been rumours about King Philip not being the Falcon. Thousands of years ago Apollo, a man who had visions predicted that Atlar would come to an end if the Falcon does nt ascend the throne, moreover if he dies then Atlar would diminish along with the world. Is king Philip the Falcon or is he not? The empire is in the state of rebellion ,they want the Falcon to rise and save Atlar ,something which Philip couldn't do.
