Kokichi Ouma had a much more rough life than Team Danganronpa created. It started out normal. He was the only child of two rich parents who spoiled him with everything he desired. One day though, his parents decide to kick him out. It turns out that his parents were actually part of the Despair Cult driven to keep Junko's name alive. Kokichi then runs miles away and lives on the streets of a huge city. His life is very depressing and lonely. It stayed like this until suddenly, a newcomer decides to join the party. Who could this be? Are they good news? Are they bad news? Are they a friend or an enemy?

The 53rd class of Hopes Peak Academy find themselves is quite the situation, when the 77th class blows up part of the building. The world's biggest, most awful, most tragic event in human history started that day, due to that specific class. Well, that's what everyone thought at first. Yet Kokichi still always gave him a hard time, it was a way to show his love. But this wouldn't last forever.
