It's been 7 years since you graduated from high school, but you didn't go to college and you've been studying on your own to become an entrepreneur since it's your dream to own a business at a cafe. It's also been a year since the android rebellion has been going on and the deviants have won the war. Since the androids are free, some people are starting to become supportive of them, including you, but some people are still not happy about the androids being free. *Follows the storyline of Detroit: Become Human* You've been working at Detroit City Police Department for a few years, being in the police force had been you're dream job since you were a child. Currently, you investigated human crimes. Recently, you've been given the task of investigating cases involving deviant androids. The sudden change from investigating humans to androids is going to be tough to get used to, but you knew you could handle it. They also decided to partner you up with Hank Anderson, which surprised you considering he hated androids. You had nothing against androids, unlike you're partner, Hank. You had no reason to hate them, they had never done anything to wrong you. Most of them are actually quite nice, not counting the deviants. Hank had always been like a father to you, and like any other human he would easily get upset and angered, sometimes even lashing out on you. You knew that he never meant any of the harsh words, so you stuck by his side. When you were both assigned to the same investigation, you had both decided to go to the bar to celebrate. This is a Detroit Become Human fanfiction. Welp. I told myself that I was going to wait with this. But alas, I wasn't able to contain myself. I played Detroit Become Human a few days ago and loved it (despite the ended that I got that was stupid and that I'm still salty about. But I have decided to pretend that that doesn't exist. So there.) Connor really fascinated me in the game and quickly became my favorite character with Kara as a close second. And then I fell in love with Connor so here we are. I know that a lot of fans love him too so I decided to make this! Unfortunately, with all my other projects in the works I don't know how often I'll be able to update this, but don't worry! Hankcon? Honnor? Hannor? Whatever it's called to you, I like it, and when I'm bored I write fanfictions, and this is that? Oh, and sorry for the cheesy title lol. Anyway, good ending, no written smut scenes although sex is a topic and may happen behind the scenes, yeah, blah, blah. I appreciate comments, of course! I think it'd be fun to make this story a little interactive to fit the game better. As you'll see when you read the chapters, there are italicised words-- Connor's commands, options, his choices. I took the liberty of choosing for Connor, but as I reached chapter sixteen, I came up with the idea that consistent, dedicated readers should be able to chose occasionally for Connor, directing which path the story will be told in. Now, here's what could be hard for you all: I said consistent. The sooner you read my chapter and vote on which of Connor's choices you think should be continued with, the sooner the next chapter comes out. If nobody agrees (2/3/4 choices, 2/3/4 people each pick one and nobody agrees), I might have to choose what happens.
