At the behest of his brother, Warden Hues; professional Witch Hunter starts a journal. As a Witch Hunter, it is his job to protect his assigned province from the evil and corruptive nature of magic, destroying it where ever it can be found.
But after a personal tragedy, Warden is personally assigned a new partner by the Arch-Inquisitor herself, however, there is one problem. Warden has a somewhat personal history with his new partner, and not necessarily a positive one.

Life on the Boiling Isles is tough by default. Between the acid rain, demons and monsters running around, and magic, it's hectic. For anybody.
